If you are interested, please do the following:
Download the following file:
ToTranslate1.4.zip
Open the archive. You will find the following file:
WinFormStrings.resx
Open this file with Visual Studio or with the ResxEditor tool included in the archive, or edit it by hand (it is XML file).
Translate the strings (using Comment column as reference). Please try to be as brief as possible to make sure the text will fit the available area.
Save the new file with this name: WinFormStrings.xx-XX.resx where xx-XX is your language code (lower xx is language code, upper XX is country code).
Examples: WinFormStrings.fr-FR.resx WinFormStrings.de-DE.resx
