Translate iCopy

If you would like, you can help iCopy developement by translating it into your own language.

If you are interested, please do the following:

Download the following file:

WinFormStrings.resx

Open this file with Visual Studio or with the ResxEditor tool that you can find here or edit it by hand (it is a simple XML file).

Translate the strings (using  the Comment column as reference). Please try to be as brief as possible to make sure the text will fit the available area.

Save the new file with this name: WinFormStrings.xx-XX.resx where xx-XX is your language code (lower xx is language code, upper XX is country code).

Examples: WinFormStrings.fr-FR.resx WinFormStrings.de-DE.resx

Upload the files to the patch tracker.

Since version 1.44, iCopy (the installer version) supports the possibility to be launched by pressing the scanner button.

This is made possible by Microsoft STI Still Image application API. The application is added to the scanner button handlers by adding some registry keys. Here is how.
